Payments:
Payment accepted by cash, visa, maestro, bank to bank (Bacs), cheque (payable to Geoff Rodgers Catering Equipment). All payment must be cleared before delivery.

Delivery:
Where Free Delivery is available it applies throughout Birmingham and surrounding areas. Items will be attached to a pallet and delivered by courier, to the door.

Warranty:
We understand our customers are buying  Second-hand Catering equipment from a website, so in order to give our customers the security of knowing they can buy with confidence we offer a no-quibble 7-day money back guarantee, if not entirely satisfied which begins only when customer receives the goods. If an item is to be returned within the 7 days, please notify us in writing by letter or email. The limit of our liability extends only to the value of the purchase price of the equipment, and does not cover for any consequential loss of any kind associated with possible failure of equipment supplied.
Warranty applies to Refurbished items and Just Off Site items.

Installation:
All gas equipment purchased must be installed by a fully qualified corgi gas engineer, and any  installation of electrical equipment  must be by  a suitably qualified electrical engineer.
